Indian Federation of Culinary Association (IFCA) will be organizing a culinary Challenge - a highly recognized National Event with immense media coverage for the Indian Chef Community and this event will be taken to the World Platform through WACS member countries.

First time in the history of culinary exhibitions in India, World Associations of Chefs    Societies approved international jury's from Thailand, Mauritius and Srilanka will be    judging this competition.

The largest gatherings of culinary professionals –Executive chefs, F&B managers,    academicians, technocrats and culinary journalist.

IFCA will conduct the Grand Award Ceremony on the fourth day of the event.

There will be more than 300 participants in the Culinary Competition.

IFCA Chef Lounge to invite decision makers and leading chefs to visit the show.

Grand Awards ceremony to felicitate chefs and the Jury.

Live Cooking Contest for Junior and Apprentice Chefs, award distribution at the    Grand Award Ceremony at the AAHAR.

An added attraction of two educational programs namely

a. Judging Seminar where at least 30 leading chefs will be attending.
b. Food Safety and Hygiene seminar in which there will be at least 50 participants.
